Brand Performance Report (ID: S102)
The Brand Performance Report provides insights into sales performance across different brands. Users can filter data based on various criteria, view sales figures, and visualize the data through charts
Steps to View the Brand Performance Report
- Access the ERP System
Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Sales Module
Click on the Sales module in the navigation bar.
- Select Report Tool
Find the Reports section in the Sales module.
- Choose Brand Performance Report
Select Brand Performance from the list of available reports.
- Set Report Parameters
- Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
- Select Brand: Choose specific brands from the SHOW option in the toolbar.
- Customize Report Options
Additional filters include:
- Sales Orders: Filter by order status.
- Limit to: Select the currency for displayed values.
- Visibility: Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.

- Export/Print the Report
Export or print the report for sharing or documentation.
Filters Section
This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.
- Show Dropdown:
- All: Displays all data.
- Products/Spares & Accessories: Filters products and accessories.
- Products: Displays only product data.
- Spares & Accessories: Shows data for spares and accessories.
- Services: Includes data on service sales.
- Others: Displays other relevant sales data.
- Commercial Invoices Dropdown:
- Completed & Closed: Shows fully processed invoices.
- Approved: Displays only approved invoices.
- Exclude: Excludes specific invoices from the report.
- Sales Orders Dropdown:
- Created: Includes all created sales orders.
- Approved: Displays only approved orders.
- Forwarded: Shows forwarded orders.
- Delivered: Displays delivered orders.
- Exclude: Excludes specific orders.
- Limit to Dropdown:
- Select the currency: INR, USD, EUR, etc.
- Visibility Options:
- Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.
- Period Selection Dropdown:
- Select fiscal years and quarters.

Chart Comparison
- Sales Performance: Compares the total sales values of each brand.
- Percentage Contribution: Illustrates the percentage contribution of each brand to overall sales.
Example Visualization

- BROTHER shows the highest sales value (₹4,33,13,172) indicating strong performance.
- MYSLEEPYHEAD follows with a sales value of ₹1,29,57,205.
- ARTOS, COMMISSION, and BINGO have moderate contributions.
