Sales Report

Sales Report (ID: S109)

The Sales Report provides insights into sales performance over a specific period. Users can filter data based on various criteria, view sales figures, and analyze trends through charts. This functionality supports better decision-making and performance analysis for the organization.

Steps to View the Sales Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Sales Module
    Click on the Sales module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Find the Reports section in the Sales module.
  4. Choose Sales Report
    Select Sales Report from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
    • Select Filters: Include specific categories such as invoiced amounts, forwarded orders, quotations, and claims.
  6. Customize Report Options
    Additional filters include:
    • Sales Orders: Filter by order status.
    • Limit to: Select the currency for displayed values.
    • Visibility: Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.

     7. Export/Print the Report
        Export or print the report for sharing or documentation.

Filters Section

This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.

  • Show Dropdown:
    • Daily Report: Displays sales performance by day.
    • Monthly Report: Summarizes sales for each month.
    • Yearly Report: Provides annual sales trends.
  • Chart Type Dropdown:
    • Bar Chart (Default)
    • Line Chart
    • Pie Chart
    • 3D Pie Chart
  • Entire organisation: to filter sales data according to specific organisation or their branches

 

  • Filter Data by Category:
    • Invoiced Amount
    • Forwarded Order Amount
    • Proforma Invoice Amount
    • Quotation Amount
    • Enquiry Amount
    • Claim Amount
    • Completed Installations
    • Number of Invoices
    • Forwarded Orders
    • Completed Assignments
    • Service Tasks

The chart provides a quick visual representation of daily sales performance.

Chart Comparison

  • Sales Performance: Compares invoiced amounts, claims, and indent orders over time.
  • Trends Over Time: Highlights fluctuations in invoiced and claim amounts.

Example Visualization

  • January 24, 2025 had the highest sales with ₹3,02,500.00 invoiced.
  • February 6, 2025 showed a peak in invoiced sales at ₹10,30,090.64.
  • Minimal activity was recorded on January 26, 27, 30, and February 2, 4, 7.
