Sales Report (ID: S109)
The Sales Report provides insights into sales performance over a specific period. Users can filter data based on various criteria, view sales figures, and analyze trends through charts. This functionality supports better decision-making and performance analysis for the organization.
Steps to View the Sales Report
- Access the ERP System
Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials. - Navigate to the Sales Module
Click on the Sales module in the navigation bar. - Select Report Tool
Find the Reports section in the Sales module. - Choose Sales Report
Select Sales Report from the list of available reports. - Set Report Parameters
- Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
- Select Filters: Include specific categories such as invoiced amounts, forwarded orders, quotations, and claims.
- Customize Report Options
Additional filters include:- Sales Orders: Filter by order status.
- Limit to: Select the currency for displayed values.
- Visibility: Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.
7. Export/Print the Report
Export or print the report for sharing or documentation.
