Service Performance Report

Service Performance Report (ID: SR101)

The Service Performance Report provides insights into the resolution times of service requests. This report helps analyze service efficiency by categorizing service completion durations. Users can filter data based on different time periods and service categories, view resolution metrics, and generate reports for performance evaluation.

Steps to View the Service Performance Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Service Module
    Click on the Service module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Locate the Reports section in the Service module.
  4. Choose Service Performance Report
    Select Service Performance from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
    • Select Service Category: Choose specific service categories from the SHOW option in the toolbar.
  6. Customize Report Options
    Additional filters include:
    • Show Data: Filter by resolution time categories.
    • Limit to: Select the currency or service count format.
    • Visibility: Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.

Filters Section

This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.

  • Show Dropdown:
    • All: Displays all service requests.
    • By Duration: Categorizes by service resolution time.
    • By Service Type: Filters based on service categories.
    • By Technician: Filters based on assigned technicians.
  • Visibility Options:
    • Toggle labels, values, percentages, and legends.
  • Period Selection Dropdown:
    • Select fiscal years and quarters.

  • Percentage Contribution: Illustrates the percentage of services resolved within each time category.

Example Visualization

  • 33% of services are resolved on the same day, showing a high efficiency for urgent tasks.
  • 8% take more than two weeks, indicating delays in some cases.
  • 21% of service requests take over six months, suggesting potential process inefficiencies.
