Service Call Closing Report

Service Call Closing Report (ID: SR102)

The Service Call Closing Report provides insights into service call resolutions over a specified period. This report helps track service efficiency by analysing the number of closed service calls and their distribution over time.

Steps to View the Service Call Closing Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Service Module
    Click on the Service module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Locate the Reports section in the Service module.
  4. Choose Service Call Closing Report
    Select Service Call Closing Report from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
    • Select Service Type: Choose specific service categories from the SHOW option in the toolbar.

Filters Section

This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.

  • Show Dropdown:
    • All Categories: Displays all service requests.
    • Specific Issue Type: Allows filtering by service issue category (e.g., Internet Outage, Machine Breakdown, Software Problem).
  • Report Type Selection:
    • Daily Report: Displays service calls closed per day.
    • Monthly Report: Aggregates data at the monthly level.
    • Yearly Report: Shows service call resolutions per year.
  • Entrie organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report

Example Visualization
