Service Report Summery (ID: SR103)
The Service Report Summery provides an overview of service requests categorized by status over a specified period. This report helps in tracking service efficiency by analyzing service resolution rates and request distribution.
Steps to View the Service Request Summary Report
- Access the ERP System
Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Service Module
Click on the Service module in the navigation bar.
- Select Report Tool
Locate the Reports section in the Service module.
- Choose Service Request Summary Report
Select Service Request Summary from the list of available reports.
- Set Report Parameters
- Select Service Type: Choose specific service request categories(daily,monthly or yearly) from the SHOW option in the toolbar.
- Customize Report Options
Additional filters include:
- current status: Filter by open, closed, verified, or pending requests.
- Entrie organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report
- current Status: Categorizes service requests based on their status.

- Export/Print the Report
Export or print the report for documentation or sharing.
Filters Section
This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.
- Show Dropdown: Daily,monthly or yearly.
- Daily Report: Displays service requests created daily.
- Monthly Report: Aggregates data at the monthly level.
- Yearly Report: Shows service requests per year.
- Entrie organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report
- Group By: To filter report according to status,type or category.
- current status: Filter by open, closed, verified, or pending requests.
Data Table
Purpose:
Displays service request statuses for different months.

New Requests and Assigned Requests account for a small percentage of total service calls.
- Most service requests (9) were closed successfully.
- There were 7 verified service requests, showing successful resolution post-verification.
- Two requests were placed on hold, potentially requiring follow-ups.
