The Comparative Analysis Service Report provides insights into service requests categorized by different service issues. This report helps track service efficiency and highlights problem areas that require attention.

Steps to View the Comparative Analysis Service Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Service Module
    Click on the Service module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Locate the Reports section in the Service module.
  4. Choose Comparative Analysis Service Report
    Select Comparative Analysis Service Report from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
  6. Customize Report Options
    Additional filters include:
    • Report: Filter the comparison type and the type of report you require.
  7. Export the Report
    Use Export the report on top right corner for documentation or sharing.

  •         Entire organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report
  • Period Dropdown:
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
  • Report Type Selection:
    • Report: Filter the comparison type and the type of report you require.
