Service Engineer Performance Report

Service Engineer Performance Report (ID: SR105)

The Service Engineer Performance Report provides insights into the efficiency and workload of service engineers. It tracks service assignments, completion rates, and the time taken to close service requests.

Steps to View the Service Engineer Performance Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Service Module
    Click on the Service module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Locate the Reports section in the Service module.
  4. Choose Service Engineer Performance Report
    Select Service Engineer Performance from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
  6. Customize Report Options
    Additional filters include:
    • Search: search based  on your criteria of engineers or assignments

Filters Section

This section allows users to refine the report based on specific criteria.

  •   Entire organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report
  • Sort by dropdown:
    • All Engineers: Displays all service engineers.
    • By Assignment Status: Filters based on completed or open assignments.
  • Report Type Selection: give time period of the report you require
  • Search: search based  on your criteria of engineers or assignments.
