Financial Analysis Report

Financial Analysis Report (ID: SR106)

The Financial Analysis Report provides insights into the financial aspects of service calls, including effort costs, material expenses, estimated charges, and billed amounts. This report helps in tracking financial efficiency across various service requests.

Steps to View the Financial Analysis Report

  1. Access the ERP System
    Log in to the TUHUND ERP system using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Finance Module
    Click on the Finance module in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Report Tool
    Locate the Reports section in the Finance module.
  4. Choose Financial Analysis Report
    Select Financial Analysis from the list of available reports.
  5. Set Report Parameters
    • Select Date Range: Choose the time period for the report.
    • Search:  search for any specific branch or customer you want financial analysis of.
  6. Customize Report Options
    Additional filters include:
    • Billing Status: Filter by billed, unbilled, or partially billed service requests.

Filters Section

This section allows users to refine the report based on financial criteria.

  • Entire organisation: To select the organisation or branch specific report

 

  • Billing status:    Billed: Filters only billed service requests.

                          Unbilled: Shows service calls that are yet to be billed.

  • Show Dropdown:
    • All Requests: Displays all financial data related to service calls.
    • Pending Verification: Displays service calls awaiting final verification.
  • Filter:  filter out based on service issue, its summary etc
  • Search/serial/assembly: search based on specific name of serial,assembly or company.
  • Date: get data based on custom dates you choose.
  • Sort by : sort data based on alphabetical order,number of results per page and company name,caller name,request date etc…
