Stock Register Report

Stock Register Report (ID : INV 102)

1. Introduction

This report provides a detailed analysis of inventory stock movements within the TUHUND ERP system. It explains how to access the stock register, use available filters and dropdowns, and interpret the results for stock tracking and financial decision-making.

2. Accessing the Stock Register Page

To access the Stock Register Page in the TUHUND ERP system:

  • Log in to the TUHUND ERP portal.
  • Navigate to Inventory > Reports > Group Data.
  • The stock register page will display all recorded inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, production, and stock movements.
  • Use the filters and dropdown menus to refine and analyze specific stock records.

3. Understanding Filters & Dropdowns

The Stock Register includes multiple filters to narrow down inventory records based on specific criteria.

3.1 Filters Available

Filter Name

Purpose

Results Per Page

Defines how many records appear per page (50, 100, 500, etc.)

Adjusts data load for readability

Search Bar

Allows searching by product name, serial number, or transaction ID

Quickly finds specific stock records

Date Range (From – To)

Filters records based on transaction dates

Analyzes time-based inventory trends

ENTIRE ORGANISATION

Use this filter to view stock register of specific organisation or branch

To analyze specific branch or organisation stock data

ALL CATEGORIES

Use this filter to see stock of specific product

To choose specific category of product for stock review.

3.2 Dropdown Elements & Their Functions

Sort By Dropdown

Users can sort inventory transactions based on Inventory Id

ALL Brands Dropdown

 To view stock of different Brands or some specific one use this dropdown.

Show ALL Dropdown

To choose stock register based on products or spare accessories or if you want to view them whole together in stock register, choose according to your specific need.

Order Dropdown

This controls the sorting order of records:

  • Ascending (A-Z or Oldest First) – Displays transactions from the earliest date.
  • Descending (Z-A or Newest First) – Displays recent transactions first.

Results Per Page Dropdown

Users can set how many records appear on a page:

  • 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 (for large datasets).

Recommendation: If handling large data, selecting 1000+ records per page may improve analysis but may slow down page loading.

4. Understanding the Results Table & Data Comparison

After applying filters, the Stock Register displays inventory data in a structured table.

Opening and closing

Shows the movement of Inventory and its value

Use this to track inventory flow

 In

Quantity added to inventory

Tracks incoming stock

 Out

Quantity removed from inventory

Tracks outgoing stock

4.2 Data Comparison & Inventory Insights

  • High " Out" but low " In" may indicate inventory depletion.
  • Frequent "Sales Returns" suggest product quality issues or customer complaints.
  • Unusual "Production" entries may indicate stock adjustments or internal manufacturing.
