1. Introduction

This report provides a detailed analysis of product sales within the TUHUND ERP system for Cumberland Trading. It explains how to access the product sales report, use available filters and dropdowns, and interpret the results for sales tracking and financial decision-making.

2. Accessing the Product Sales Report Page

To access the Product Sales Report Page in the TUHUND ERP system:

  • Log in to the TUHUND ERP portal.
  • Navigate to Inventory > Reports > Product .
  • The product sales report page will display all recorded sales transactions, including product names, brands, models, sales quantities, and projected sales.
  • Use the filters and dropdown menus to refine and analyze specific sales records.

3. Understanding Filters & Dropdowns

The Product Sales Report includes multiple filters to narrow down sales records based on specific criteria.

3.1 Filters Available

3.2 Dropdown Elements & Their Functions

Show (Sales Type Filter)

This dropdown allows users to filter product sales based on type:

  • All Records – Displays all sales transactions.
  • Only Products – Filters standard product sales.
  • Only Spares & Accessories – Displays sales of spare parts and accessories.

Sort By Dropdown

Users can sort sales transactions based on:

  • Quantity Sold – Arranges records by the number of units sold.
  • Product Name – Organizes transactions alphabetically by product.
  • Brand – Groups records by product brand.
  • Model – Sorts transactions based on product model.

Order Dropdown

This controls the sorting order of records:

  • Ascending (A-Z or Lowest First) – Displays transactions in increasing order.
  • Descending (Z-A or Highest First) – Displays transactions in decreasing order.

Brands Dropdown

Use this dropdown to select specific brands or to display all brands sales reports together.

Branches Dropdown

use this dropdown to choose branch specific sales inventory report or combine all branches and see the result together.

4. Understanding the Results Table & Data Comparison

After applying filters, the Product Sales Report displays sales data in a structured table.
